Looking to elevate a summer snack? Just add vodka! Host a party and serve these boozy strawberries with cake vodka. They’re so good, and they pair perfectly with Jell-O shots too!

You can make about a pound of berries with this recipe. You will need strawberries, Cake flavored vodka, melting chocolate or almond bark, graham crackers, sanding sugar, and paper towels.

To prepare each strawberry, set aside some time to let them soak. Begin by cleaning the berries and patting them dry. Place the berries into a clean container with a closable lid. Pour enough cake flavored vodka over the berries to cover them.

Close the lid on the container and place the berries in the fridge for 6 to 24 hours to soak. I like to let them soak overnight when possible.

When the berries have soaked for an adequate amount of time, carefully remove them from the vodka and pat them dry. It is important to remove any liquid from the exterior of the berry. I like to let them rest on a paper towel while the white chocolate melts.

Crush 2 graham crackers. You want them to be a little chunky, so don’t crush too much. Place these in a small bowl.

Fill a second small bowl with edible glitter, sanding sugar, or sprinkles. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, or in a double boiler until it can be mixed smooth. Remove from heat.

Dunk one berry into the melted chocolate. Immediately dunk the berry into the crushed graham crackers, and then into the edible glitter or sanding sugar.

Place the berry on a parchment paper-lined work surface and repeat, using all the berries you have soaked and then dried. You can transfer the berries to the fridge to harden.

Enjoy!
